  • Help improve user experience and site design.

  • Test mobile responsiveness, speed, and checkout flow.

  • Implement A/B testing on landing pages.

  • Support integration of plugins (chatbot, loyalty program, etc.).

  • Manage live chat and customer inquiries.

  • Collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Help draft FAQ and self-service guides.

  • Focus on social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Run small ad campaigns and measure ROI.

  • Email marketing setup and automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

  • SEO content writing and blog posting.

  • Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and categorization.

  • Optimize Shopify/WordPress product pages (images, SEO titles, tags).

  • Support order fulfillment and logistics coordination.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy.

  • Create promotional banners, ads, and social content.

  • Design category/product images.

  • Assist in branding consistency across site, email, and ads.

  • Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, LTV).

  • Provide insights into ad performance and customer behavior.

  • Recommend adjustments to marketing strategy based on analytics.

  • Assist with supplier communication and follow-ups.

  • Research cost-effective shipping methods.

  • Help maintain accurate vendor/product records.
