1. Standard Shipping Rate

• A flat shipping rate of $29.99 CAD applies to most orders.

• This covers standard delivery through our designated courier partners.

• Shipping times vary by location but generally range between 3–10 business days.

 

2. Specialty Items

Some products qualify as specialty items and are subject to additional shipping costs and restrictions.

• Specialty shipping fees are $200 CAD.

• Specialty items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature (examples may include oversized, medical-grade, or customized equipment).

• These items will be clearly marked on the product page before checkout.

 

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

 

4. Delivery Conditions

• We only ship within Canada at this time.

• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. MapleCare Medical Supply is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Specialty items shipped under the $200 flat rate are non-returnable.

• Standard items may be returned only in accordance with our Return Policy (unopened and unused in original packaging).
