Refund Policy

At MapleCare Medical Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are available only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

  2. Items must be returned in a resalable condition, free from damage, tampering, or signs of use.

  3. Certain specialty or hygienic products are non-returnable and will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

2. Return Authorization Required

  1. Customers must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) before shipping any items back.

  3. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

 

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  1. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping of items.

  2. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund, rather than billed separately.

  3. Products must be shipped to the designated return location provided at the time the RGA is issued.

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MapleCare Medical Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

4. Restocking Fee

  1. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  2. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

 

5. Refund Process

  1. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  2. The refund will reflect deductions for:

    • The 20% restocking fee

    • Original shipping charges

    • Return shipping costs

  3. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

6. Specialty Items

  1. Specialty items (including those subject to $200 shipping charges) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

7. Replacement Products and Special Considerations

  1. If a customer support representative has assisted you in selecting or sending a different product as a replacement, this may affect your eligibility for a return or refund on that item.

  2. In such cases, MapleCare Medical Supply will make best efforts to find a fair resolution. While a return may not always be possible, we are committed to ensuring our customers remain extremely satisfied with their overall experience.
